Dining Room
The dining room has a table that comfortably seats up to 12 people.
It features a television that is strategically concealed behind a large “old gold” colored mirror, which enhances the space’s sense of openness and brightness.
The goal was to ensure that the presence of the television does not disturb those who wish to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and promote complete relaxation. Two antique china cabinets, owned by the house, were also carefully restored by the owner’s father.
Furthermore, there is a large and traditional ground-level granite fireplace, where, in the past, smoked meat was hung to dry. A wood-burning stove has been placed in this ground-level fireplace, allowing, in addition to the existing air conditioning, to heat and relax on cold winter days while listening to the crackling of the wood.
Living Room
It has a living room with a sofa and armchairs where you can comfortably relax, watch television, read, or entertain yourself with traditional board games.
The pictures depicting the landscape of the Douro region, painted by a friend of the owners, stand out. comme objet de décoration une ancienne balance déjà présente dans la maison et qui a été restaurée.
Zen Space
- Bike, known as “the mighty one,” an iconic Vespa with a rectangular headlight, typical of Italian mail carriers, which might be the best way to ride through the Douro Vineyards and explore the most beautiful road in the world (link);
- Land Rover Defender 90: If you enjoy adventure, you can rent this Defender from the house and cross mountains, roads, and tracks in the Douro while driving this iconic “tank”;
- Bicycles: Mountain bikes are available for challenging yourself among the heights of the Douro and letting your imagination run wild.
- Convertible car: For those who love the wind in their hair, you can discover the wonderful landscapes of the Douro with this sports car.
Kitchen
And what if I tell you that the current kitchen was placed in an old and unique bathroom of this house!
It is equipped with essential appliances: refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
As a decorative item, it’s worth noting an old scale that was already in the house and has been restored.
The kitchen has a small connecting window to the dining room, so you can spend lovely moments socializing while cooking.
Bathroom
Comprising 3 bathrooms, 2 indoors and 1 outdoors, all properly equipped and with a shower base.
One of the bathrooms is attached to one of the bedrooms, allowing it to be transformed into an ensuite.
Exterior and surrounding area
Garden/Surrounding outdoor area
The house features an outdoor area of 400 square meters that allows you to have close contact with nature. With a ground that alternates between shale and grass, it consists of water mirrors, surrounded by a pleasant garden with various species of cypress trees and local vegetation such as santolina, lavender, and rosemary.
The water mirrors provide the opportunity for swimming in the summer when temperatures easily reach 40 degrees Celsius!
There is also a century-old well that used to supply water to part of the village, which has been restored and is now accessible through a shale staircase.
Balcony and upper patio
This area is outdoors, with both a covered and an uncovered section, allowing you to admire the splendid sunset and the landscape in all its fullness, and it can also serve as a dining space.
Panoramic swing
You can take the opportunity to let yourself be gently swayed on this swing while you delight in the landscape at the bottom of the property, overlooking the vineyards and the silhouettes on the Douro horizon.
Game Room
The game room consists mainly of 3 spaces:
- 1st The basement, which houses two old granite wine presses and a wine press that the owners decided to preserve. In the past, these wine presses were used for wine production and reflect the grandeur of this wine-producing village.
- 2nd A room with a billiard table and foosball, as well as a small cinema room, providing an additional leisure area where you can spend quality time with friends and family.
- 3rd A laundry room with washing and drying machines, as well as a drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
Vegetable Garden
A small space has been reserved for a garden with flowers and aromatic herbs, which you can use in your cooking and prepare delicious organic teas.

In addition to the “main” house, this Villa also features a Studio, T0 type, which is independent and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
It consists of a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious area with a kitchenette, a dining table, and a living room with sofas that easily convert into beds.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
